 Tucson Bikeways

Our regional bicycle network consists of over 1,000 miles of bicycle lanes, routes, shared-use paths/trails and bicycle boulevards. It also has a gold-level, bicycle-friendly community designation from the League of American Bicyclists, the first region in the United States to achieve this designation.

The PAG Tucson Bikeways Map and App encourages bicycle safety in the Tucson region by informing bicyclists of lower speed and lower traffic volume route options. Highlights for new and veteran bicyclists include:

  • Enhanced bike routes
  • Bike boulevards and shared-use paths
  • Where to cross busy streets
